On the evening of April 22, 2013, nearly 30 tour operators attended Shang Magazine’s new showcase with Kiton, the sophisticated menswear brand from Italy, at its flagship store at 4 E 54 Street, New York. As usual, the brand presentation was followed by an exciting raffle.

Kiton is the sole high-end brand insisting on pure Naples handcrafts and international customization. It is the blend of Italian fascination and exquisite skills. 90% of its materials are exclusively bought-out, provided by top producers in the world. Based on its high-rank materials and skills, its price line is on a higher scale, usually from 7000 to 35,000 US dollars for a suit. Their tailors are flying around the world to provide on-door customizing services. Kiton has boutiques in eight cities in China. Mr. Dan Wolman, General Manager of Kiton USA, told the Shang reporter that, they serve the real quality customers who are usually successful through efforts and intelligence, knowing the joy of luxury up to real standard but keeping a lower profile, rather than showing off vulgarly. Most customers of their boutique in New York are business owners, professionals in finance or other fields from Manhattan or Long Island, some are from other states in America, and still some from other countries like Russia; however, less than 1% are from China. That’s why they chose to cooperate with the No.1 luxury medium in Chinese language in America, Shang Magazine, to expand in the Chinese tourist market.

Miss Lei, who attended the event for the first time through introduction of her friend, told Shang reporter that she enjoyed the event greatly because she learned a lot useful information on this brand during the presentation, which enabled her to explain this brand to her clients in a more professional way, and therefore earn more trust in the industry. Lei said, the presentation was informative and the atmosphere was elegant, everything was so pleasing that she will definitely attend all the later similar events. She wished more success in Shang’s organization in this win-win marketing operation.

Besides the raffle, the Kiton boutique also presented all the tour operator attendees with exquisite gift packages, including the luxury perfume of Estée Lander.
