Hello everyone:
First, on behalf of the Shang staff, I want toexpress our most sincere appreciation to —
All the representatives of the brands
All the tourist operators,
And all the distinguished friends who are here atthis event today!

While we arrived today from different places, our goal is the same— how to take the fullest advantage of the rapidlyexpanding Chinesetourist market .

Today’s Chinese customers are becomingwealthier by the day. They take traveling abroad as fashionable. According to statistics, 1.1 milliontourists from mainland China visited America last
year. This year, President Obama is increasing visa availability to the Chinese by 40%, which means an estimated 1.5 million Chinese tourists will visitAmerica in 2012. While sightseeing is one of the items on their visiting agenda, the purchase of luxury goods is still the most prominent attraction. Shang is their guide. Shang introduces the spirit and stories behind the brands. Shang presents reliable resources for Chinese tourists as they choose which brands to purchase. Not only is this type of marketing is a valuable source of information and opportunity for both the brands and the consumers, but it is also exciting.

For over a year now, Shang Magazine has been growing rapidly. Shang has become, with the support from major luxury brands, a significant influence in this market, and this is just the beginning. One of the main reasons for Shang’s success is that their staff fully understands both the Chinese and American markets. Shang has built a vast platform by creatively bridging the East and West. This platform enables each brand to acquire the biggest market share with the fastest speed and lowest cost. Of course, the support from Shang’s brand partners has been equally important in our success.

Looking forward, we have brilliant future. Shang will satisfy the market further with more products. Here today, I want to take the chance to make a new exciting announcement—The iPhone version of Shang will soon be launched.

There is a Chinese saying, “Opportunity never comes back once you lose it.” I sincerely expect
all the brands here be able to take advantage of this chance and boost their share of this incredible market.

We hope all the best to you and wish that you will obtain what you deserve!
Thanks again.
